No, the LES is a totally free service for both job-seekers and employers to use.

Yes, our service is strictly confidential. The only exception is that we are contracted to the Department of Employment Affairs & Social Protection (DEASP) and use their IT system to record our interactions with clients. However, all data that is recorded on the system is encrypted and subject to the highest level of security available through the DEASP. We are GDPR compliant and hold the WIQA Q-Mark for Business Systems.

Using accepted Adult Guidance Approaches to our work with job-seekers, we seek to empower and upskill service-users themselves to progress to employment. This ensures that the person is fully involved in all phases of the process as well as providing them with the future ability to search and secure employment at such times as they may decide to change jobs.

All you have to do is e-mail us with your contact details from the contact page on this website and we will get in touch with you to make an appointment. You can also go to the “Free Stuff” page here, and download the “CV Information Form” and fill it in ahead of your appointment with us, which will help in your first meeting with one of our Mediators in looking at your options. If you’re unsure about what type of job you would like or the sector in which you’d like to work, why not have a look on the “Free Stuff” page as well, where you will find some information on identifying the type of work to which you might be suited.
